Services

Clear scope.
No guessing.

I know how frustrating it is to not know what you're actually getting for your money. Every service below lays out exactly what's included — no vague menus, no surprises after the fact.

A note on scope: Every engagement is scoped to your specific situation during an initial consultation. Final scope is always confirmed in writing through a signed engagement letter prior to commencement of services. No work begins without your explicit agreement.

Individual Tax Preparation

Accurate, on-time 1040 filing for individuals and families across DFW. Simple returns to complex situations — rentals, investments, RSUs, self-employment, and multi-state filing.

Anyone who wants their taxes done right by a licensed CPA — not a software algorithm. Especially valuable if you have rental properties, self-employment income, investments, or multiple states to file in.

Individual returns fall into one of two tiers below, depending on complexity. Your exact fee is confirmed during your initial consultation before any work begins.

Business Tax Preparation

One set of tiers, however deep you want me involved — from filing only to full books, filing, and year-round strategy. Covers sole proprietors, single-member LLCs, partnerships, and S-Corporations.

Schedule C Single-Member LLC 1065 Partnerships S-Corps

Foundation is filing only. Growth adds a strategy session, plus your personal return. Harvest adds monthly bookkeeping and year-round tax planning on top. Every tier is a starting point, not a rigid menu — it can be adjusted to fit you.

A note on entity returns vs. your personal return

Schedule C filers already have their business income covered inside their 1040 — it's the same return, so no separate personal filing is needed. Partnerships (1065) and S-Corps (1120-S) are different: the entity return is a separate filing that issues K-1s, and each owner still needs their own 1040 filed to report that income. That's why Growth and Harvest note the personal return as included or available, rather than folding it silently into one price-less bucket.

Every tier below is a starting point — one owner vs. multiple, one state vs. several, clean books vs. a catch-up project, all shape the final scope. Your exact fit is always confirmed after I've seen your situation, in writing, before any work begins.
